The application includes a new component, the Organization Profile. The profile is intended to gather demographic information about your organization and the populations that will benefit from your research, capital campaign or equipment request. Medical research applicants should supply demographic data for their research team. Organizations  applying to support the healthcare needs of low income children should supply demographic data for their entire organization.
